What technical requirements need to be followed during machining?
08-20
In terms of mechanical processing skills in Shanghai, only by adhering to these technical requirements can the processed products be more standard and reasonable. The detailed technical requirements are as follows:
(1) There should be no scratches, abrasions or other defects that damage the surface of the parts on the machined surface.
(2) Remove oxide scale from parts.
(3) The unmarked shape tolerances should comply with the requirements of GB1184-80, and the unmarked length dimensions allow an error of ±0.5mm.
(4) The casting service zone is symmetrical to the basic standard configuration of the blank casting.
(5) It is allowed to use oil heating for hot installation when installing rolling bearings. The temperature of the oil must not exceed 100°C.
(6) Sealing packing or sealant is allowed to be used when installing the hydraulic system, but it should be prevented from entering the system.
(7) Parts and components that go into installation must have a certificate from the inspection department before they can be installed.
(8) Parts must be sorted and cleaned before installation, and there must be no burrs, flash, scale, rust, chips, oil, colorants, dust, etc.
(9) Before installation, the primary matching standards of parts and components, especially the interference matching standards and related accuracy, should be reviewed.
(10) Parts are not allowed to be knocked, bumped, scratched or rusted during the installation process.
(11) When tightening screws, bolts and nuts, it is prohibited to impact or use inappropriate screwdrivers and wrenches. The screw grooves, nuts, screws, and bolt heads must not be damaged after tightening.
(12) For fasteners that require tightening torque, a torque wrench must be used and tightened according to the specified tightening torque.
(13) After bonding, the remaining adhesive that flows out should be removed.
(14) The outer ring of the bearing and the semicircular hole of the open bearing seat and bearing cover must not be stuck; the outer ring of the bearing and the semicircular hole of the open bearing seat and bearing cover should be in good contact. It should be in even contact with the bearing cover within a range of 120° symmetry to the center line and 90° symmetry to the center line. When checking with a feeler gauge within the above range, the 0.03mm feeler gauge must not be inserted into 1/3 of the width of the outer ring.

(15) After installation, the outer ring of the bearing should be in even contact with the end surface of the bearing cap at the positioning end.
(16) After the rolling bearing is installed, rolling by hand should be flexible and smooth.
(17) The joint surfaces of the upper and lower bearing bushes should be in close contact and cannot be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge.
(18) When using positioning pins to fix the bearing bush, drill and distribute the pins while ensuring that the opening surface and end surface of the bush are flush with the opening and closing surfaces and end surfaces of the relevant bearing holes. The pin must not loosen after being driven in.
(19) The alloy bearing lining is not allowed to be used when its surface turns yellow. There is no nucleation phenomenon within the specified contact angle. The nucleation area outside the contact angle shall not be greater than 10% of the total area of the non-contact area.
(20) The reference end face of the gear (worm gear) and the shaft shoulder (or the end face of the positioning sleeve) should fit together, and check with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. And the perpendicularity requirement between the gear reference end face and the axis should be ensured.
(21) Before assembly, strictly check and remove any sharp corners, burrs and foreign matter left during parts processing. Make sure the seal is not scratched when installed.
(22) Cold shut, cracks, shrinkage cavities, penetrating defects and serious damage defects are not allowed on the surface of castings.
(23) Castings should be clean and free of burrs and flash. The pouring risers on non-machined surfaces should be arranged flush with the surface of the castings.
(24) The characters and marks on the non-machined surface of the casting should be clearly legible, and the position and font should meet the requirements of the drawing.
(25) Castings should be free of pouring risers, spurs, etc. The remaining amount of the gate and riser on the non-processed surface must be leveled and polished to meet the surface quality requirements.
(26) The molding sand, core sand and core bone on the casting should be removed and cleaned.
(27) The casting has an inclined part, and its standard service belt should be installed symmetrically along the inclined plane.
(28) Misalignment, boss casting deviation, etc. should be corrected to achieve a smooth transition to ensure appearance quality.
(29) The surface of the casting should be flat, and gates, burrs, sticky sand, etc. should be removed.
(30) Castings are not allowed to have casting defects such as cold insulation, cracks, holes, etc. that are detrimental to use.
(31) Before painting the surface of all steel parts that need to be painted, rust, scale, grease, dust, soil, salt and dirt must be removed.
(32) The non-machined surfaces of machine product castings need to be shot peened or roller treated to meet the requirements of cleanliness level Sa2 1/2.

Advantages of mechanical processing heat treatment
2023-11-27
When machining parts, the corresponding heat treatment process can be carried out first, which can greatly enhance the precision and service life of the parts. This will help to improve the hardness, wear resistance and strength of the machined parts. Mechanical processing is a processing technology that uses machine tools to process parts. So how to perform heat treatment on mechanical parts? Mechanical processing will carry out corresponding heat treatment processes before and after parts are processed.
Precautions for safety in CNC machining
2023-11-27
Parts refer to individual inseparable parts in machinery. They are the basic components of the machine and the basic unit in the machinery manufacturing process. Its manufacturing process generally does not require assembly processes. Such as bushings, bearing bushes, nuts, crankshafts, blades, gears, cams, connecting rod bodies, connecting rod heads, etc. To put it simply, non-standard parts are parts that do not have certain standards. Crafting custom parts is easier than standard parts. And it won't be that complicated. Everyone knows that improper operation in CNC machining will cause certain harm to the operator. Therefore, when we use CNC machining to process non-standard parts, we must strictly abide by the operating rules to ensure safety. Specific attention should be paid to the safety of CNC machining. The matters are as follows:
