1. Compile PPAP materials of new projects; 
2. Perform feasibility analysis and cost analysis of new projects and organize development technology work of new products; 
3. Convert drawings of customers and use CAD for machinery drawing skillfully; 
4. Those proficient in English and familiar with TS16949 system are preferred. 

1. Strictly control and inspect quality of products before production to ensure that the product quality can meet requirements;
2. Investigate and analyze quality accidents, put forward preventative actions, timely correct preventative actions, explain the reason of abnormalities and offer opinions on handling such abnormalities;
3. Reflect and track information on product defects, timely report problems to relevant departments and record properly;
4. Complete other matters assigned by the higher level.

Work content:
Manage the Company's product quality, including inspection and acceptance of incoming materials, production process quality control, product acceptance, handling of customers' feedback on quality, etc.

Main responsibilities:
-Manage product quality to ensure product launch can meet time and quality requirements;
-Control quality in the production process and handle quality problems that appear in the production process;
-Inspect and accept incoming materials to ensure the material quality conforms to the Company's requirements;
-Take charge of product acceptance inspection to ensure products conform to customers' requirements;
-Handle quality problems put forward by clients, and communicate with customers to ensure that customers are satisfied;
-Collect and sort out product quality data for analysis and improvement;
-Maintain and improve the Company's internal product procedure.

Position Requirements:
-Junior college degree or above, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, Quality Management or other related specialties;
-Have more than 3 years of working experience in quality management, familiar with the quality management procedure and methods;
-Familiar with at least one quality management tool, such as TS16949\VDA 6.3 quality management system;
-Have good communication ability and teamwork awareness as well as project management experience;
-Familiar with the inspection methods and standards of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;
-Have good problem solving and analysis abilities, able to handle quality problems in the production process;
-Have certain English reading and writing abilities, able to read and compile relevant technical documents.

Work content:
Manage and supervise the quality and efficiency in the production process to ensure products conform to requirements of the Company and customers. 

Main responsibilities:
-Develop and implement production process quality plans and supervise their execution. 
-Manage and guide quality work in the production process, including on-site quality supervision, quality abnormality handling and quality training. 
-Develop and update quality standards and ensure implementation of standards. 
-Analyze the production process capability, and evaluate and confirm the process capability. 
-Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products conform to quality requirements. 
-Develop and review quality reports and analyze the root cause of quality problems. 
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of the production process quality work. 

Position Requirements:
-Have more than 5 years of production process quality working experience, familiar with theoretical knowledge and methods of production process quality management. 
-Familiar with building of the quality management system, once served as the principal of system building. 
-Have good communication ability and teamwork spirit, able to communicate and cooperate with other departments effectively. 
-Have strong analysis and problem solving abilities and can identify and solve problems quickly. 
-Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities and can read and comprehend relevant technical documents and reports. 

Position information: 
1. Take charge of sample testing and testing reports; 
2. Take charge of coordinate testing work (Hexagon\Zeiss); 
3. Take charge of incoming quality inspection and incoming material testing reports; 
4. Other matters assigned by the supervisor. 

Job requirements:
1. Familiar with specifications and standards, comprehend mechanical drawings very well. 
2. Proficient in the measuring system and measuring instruments such as three-D measuring apparatus, projector, spectrometer, 2.5-D measuring apparatus, etc. 
3. Have a strong sense of job responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work. Have high professionalism. 
4. Those who can use Hexagon measurement and programming are preferred.
