Usage status of CNC machining system
Looking at the entire domestic CNC machine tool market, it is divided into three levels: high, medium and low. Among them, high-end CNC machine tools are almost equipped with the SIEMENS system as standard, while mid-range CNC machine tools are equipped with the FANUC system, accounting for about 90% of the market. Domestic CNC systems are currently only used in low-end CNC machining machine tools, and are generally only equipped on CNC lathes, milling machines or simple machining centers. In China, most of the advanced CNC machine tools are purchased by military industrial enterprises. The parts processed by military industrial enterprises are generally complex and require high precision. Therefore, the performance requirements of the CNC system are relatively high. Basically, they must have special functions such as five axes, and other system requirements. The interface is open and easy to carry out secondary development within the enterprise; while the FANUC system with five-axis functions basically restricts exports, its operation interface is solid, the platform is not open, and it cannot meet the requirements of military industrial enterprises.
